Sandeep has had a distinguished 30+ year career in consulting, strategy development, and business operations.

He is a recognized leader in India’s business ecosystem. As Executive Director and Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Delhivery Ltd, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from approximately $25 million in revenue in 2015 to over $1 billion by 2024. He led several successful fundraising initiatives, including a $1.5 billion raise and the company’s IPO in 2022. Prior to Delhivery, Sandeep served as a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where he helped shape the firm’s India strategy and launched the Bain Capability Network.

He is part of the Confederation of Indian Industries and The Oberoi Group.
