Sushma has total 23 years of experience, out of which 14 years is in capital markets & asset management. She has been a part of Bay Capital since its inception and was part of the core team that was responsible for the overall Operations, Finance & Compliance functions.

Prior to joining Bay Capital, she worked with the Accounts & Finance department at Responsive Industries Pvt. Ltd. as Accounts Manager.
